Score = base 50 + (% sold below list × 50) + ((60 − median DOM) × 0.3) + ((1 − sale-to-list ratio) × 200). The three signals proxy for what wholesalers care about: are sellers negotiating, is the market giving us time to source, and how far below asking are deals actually closing.

How often is this list updated?

Monthly, when the underlying city data is refreshed. Markets rotate in and out as conditions shift.

Are high-score markets always better?

No. A market favorable for wholesaling by the numbers can still be the wrong fit for a specific operator — local relationships, your buyer's list, and your ability to manage operations remotely all matter as much as the score.
