Who we are

Metro Deal Report ("we", "us", "MDR") publishes editorial and data-driven content for real-estate investors at metrodealreport.com. For privacy questions, contact editor@metrodealreport.com.

What we collect

• Server logs: nginx and application logs with IP addresses, request paths, and timing data. Rotated regularly.
• Analytics: we may use privacy-respecting analytics (Plausible, GA4) for aggregate page views, referrers, and approximate location.
• Ads: Google AdSense and other ad networks may set their own cookies. Opt out at google.com/settings/ads.

How we use it

• To deliver the newsletter you subscribed to.
• To run, secure, and improve the site.
• To measure aggregate audience and content performance.
• To detect and block abuse.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your personal data.
• We don't share your email with sponsors without consent.
• We don't use dark patterns to obscure unsubscribing.

• Hetzner (hosting), Cloudflare / Google / public DNS (resolution), Resend (optional newsletter delivery), Google AdSense (optional display ads).

Email editor@metrodealreport.com for access, correction, or deletion. We'll respond within 30 days. Unsubscribe from the newsletter via any email's unsubscribe link.

Children's privacy

MDR is intended for an adult, professional audience and is not directed at children under 16.

We'll update the "Last updated" date when this policy changes. Material changes will also be noted in the newsletter.
