Metro Deal Report ("MDR", "we", "us") publishes editorial and data-driven content for real-estate investors at metrodealreport.com. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

We pull market data from public and third-party sources (primarily Zillow). Data may be out of date, miscoded, or incomplete. We make no warranty as to accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Verify before relying on any number for an investment decision.
