Metro Deal Report (MDR) publishes editorial and data-driven content for wholesalers, flippers, BRRRR operators, landlords, and the agents and lenders who serve them. We use live Zillow market data (ZHVI, ZORI, sale/list ratios, DOM, inventory) to build a per-city MDR Investor Score combining rent yield, buyer-market discount, motivated-seller proxies, and days-on-market. The MDR Investor Score weights rent yield (40%), buyer-market discount via sale-to-list ratio (30%), motivated-seller proxy via percent of homes sold below list (20%), and days-on-market (10%). Per-strategy fit scores use different weightings: wholesaling weights motivated-seller signals + DOM; flipping weights YoY appreciation + above-list closings; BRRRR weights gross rent yield + price stability. ## Editorial position MDR is a publication, not a guru's blog.
